      2. Photo Size
All the news photos and images in chinafotobank.com are about 8M in size. All the compressed images are saved and transmitted as .JPG format with a parameter of high precision 6. All the images are scanned in RGB manner instead of CYMK manner.
      3. Caption
Proper illustration is attached to every photo, which includes the depiction of every image and its background information with no more than 100 words.
      4. Photographers’ Profit Model
The website adopts two types of profit models:
（1） The website will be one-off to buy the copyright of the photos from a contract photographer.
（2） The contract photographer has every right to get the 50% of the income of each sold photo but the website doesn’t promise paying him reward in advance. The contract photographer may also negotiate to select one charge model but should remember not to dually adopt the two charge models with the same photo.
When the contract photographer adopts the first model, the website has right to use and sell the photo time after time. The contract photographer should mark our trademark if he contributes his photo to other media hereafter and when his photo is adopted.
      5. Signature
The website has right to use the trademark for the adopted news photos and the photographers have the right of signature for the adopted news photos.
      6. Balance Accounts
Balance accounts once every month and we will offer the photos’ use conditions for the contract photographer.

Besides news photos, chinafotobank.com welcomes photographers to provide excellent images on image stories, people, landscape, history, folk custom, metropolitan passion, etc.
