B, or damage the rights of other clients’ photos, the user has every right to accredit
CFB to negotiate with them, including but not limiting the third party’s negotiation,
and may sue to the jurisdictional court. Any compensation the client earns is averagely
allotted by himself and CFB after he pays off all the charges that CFB claims compensation
for his negotiation.

Content and Use of Images

every image. Every image provided is asked to have a caption, which guarantees the
accuracy of every event it depicts. And you should indicate the scope of utilization
of your images (e.g. only used for the media outside the city of Beijing). CFB uses
reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, correctness and reliability of its images,
but we make no representations or warranties as to the images' accuracy, correctness
or reliability. CFB will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from
its images and uses.
2. Users guarantee the complete and legal copyright of every image provided. And
the images are not permitted to encroach on the content concerning the copyright,
trademark, honor and privacy. Users should take full responsibility for the aftermath
by offering the images with illegal content.
3. It is illegal to make any changes to images of chinafotobank.com. You, not CFB,
assume the entire cost incurred by your unauthorized use of the photos. CFB reserves
the right to make correction.
